Downtown Members: Learn More About Duluth’s Latest Housing Study A new study by Maxfield Research & Consulting finds that Duluth will need to add 8,713 new housing units by 2035 in order to keep pace with demand. Join us on September 23rd as Downtown Duluth partners with the City of Duluth for a presentation on Maxfield’s key findings and what they expect Duluth’s housing market to look like over the next ten years. Our presenter is Mary Bujold, the President of Maxfield Research & Consulting. We strongly encourage developers, lenders, property owners, and other community stakeholders to attend!
