A Preview to Building Great Places: Two Experts share Placemaking and Community Building Best Practices Join us on Tuesday, April 14th to hear from Ryan Smolar and Lili Razi. Smolar is the Director of PlacemakingUS, a national network advancing community-driven approaches to public space, local economies, and cultural activation. His work focuses on how streets, markets, and shared spaces can become engines for identity, connection, and neighborhood vitality. Razi is the Project Manager at Mural Arts Philadelphia. She has extensive expertise in architecture, urban design, and community development.
