Please plan to join us Tuesday, July 16th for a downtown public safety meeting. We’ll hear more from St. Louis County representatives and HDC about the new Urgent Care Behavioral Health Center. This center is designed to respond to the growing need to serve those who need mental health, behavioral health, and substance use services. Plus, City of Duluth representatives will share more about proposed ordinance changes impacting non-violent offenses such as property damage, graffiti, and camping on public property.
