Urban Strategist Michele Reeves of Civilis Consultants will be back in Duluth for this workshop geared toward property owners and managers. Reeves started consulting with Downtown Duluth last fall as we focused more specifically on street-level businesses and improving windows and lighting to help activate our downtown. 

We’re going to be tackling the hard questions all property owners have, such as: 

• How can property owners attract great tenants and improve property values? 
• Are there do’s and don’ts for successful adaptive reuse projects?
